PDN Board Training
Board training workshops are designed by regional experts, informed by national best practices, and delivered by BoardSource-trained facilitators with a focus on the specific needs of regional non-profits. Participants can attend workshops in Southern New Mexico, El Paso, or Cd. Juarez. Trainings are provided in various formats, such as: shorter lunch-and-learn sessions, half-day and full-day workshops, and private workshops that are customized for specific boards.

The Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico team is proud to be certified as BoardSource Trainers through a partnership with the Paso del Norte Health Foundation and in collaboration with the United Way of El Paso County. This partnership expands opportunities to strengthen nonprofit organizations across our region through high-quality workshops, trainings, and leadership development programs.
