El Refugio, Inc.– Empowers all persons affected by domestic and sexual violence by providing advocacy, education and services in a safe and supportive environment.

The Healing House, Inc. – Provides comprehensive support and intervention services to people impacted by domestic violence, by offering emergency shelter, protection order advocacy, counseling, immigration advocacy, and education and training classes.

La Casa, Inc.– To provide advocacy, education and support for victims of abuse, to support programs that reduce abuse and to encourage healthy relationships. Specializes in domestic violence emergency shelter relief and comprehensive services to help families living with violence.

The Arts

A Children’s Theatre of Mesilla Valley Fund An educational theatre and
film arts studio based in Las Cruces that focuses on the growth of children
ages 3 to 18. The organization produces four mainstage productions,
special performances, an offers three separate age group theatre classes
throughout the year.

Foundation for Las Cruces Museums– Provides financial resources, volunteer efforts and advocacy for the Las Cruces Museum System. Which includes four Smithsonian-affiliated museums: The Branigan Cultural Center, the Museum of Art, the Museum of Nature and Science, and the Railroad Museum.

Hunger and the Homeless

Casa de Peregrinos– To alleviate hunger in our community through the acquisition and distribution of nutritious food. Serves as a safety link for those unable to purchase nutritious food due to an emergency or unforeseen
