Board Training
Board training workshops are designed by regional experts, informed by national best practices, and delivered by BoardSource-trained facilitators with a focus on the specific needs of regional non-profits. Participants can attend workshops in Southern New Mexico, El Paso, or Cd. Juarez. Trainings are provided in various formats, such as: shorter lunch-and-learn sessions, half-day and full-day workshops, and private workshops that are customized for specific boards.

The Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico team has become BoardSource Certified Trainers through a partnership with The Paso del Norte Health Foundation and in conjunction with the United Way of El Paso County. This is a wonderful opportunity to ensure the success of nonprofit organizations that serve our communities through workshops, training and summits. The REALIZE Board Training is assuring all nonprofit board of directors are fully prepared to undertake their critical responsibilities.
