PDN Nonprofit Board Training Las Cruces

Strengthen your leadership skills and gain the knowledge needed to serve effectively on a nonprofit board. This comprehensive training series will help participants better understand board roles and responsibilities, strengthen governance practices, and support their organization’s mission and long-term success.

Courses Included in the Two-Day Board Training

NOTE: Four courses will be covered per day.

Course 2:Essential Functions of a Nonprofit Board
Course 3:Building a Board Cycle and Structure
Course 4:Effective Board Meetings & the Board Leadership Partnership
Course 5:Fundraising Fundamentals
Course 6:The Board’s Fiscal Role in Fiscal Oversight & Accountability
Course 7:The Board’s Fiscal Responsibility
Course 8:Nonprofit Fiscal Policies & Procedures
