Culture Series – Lori Dahlstrom of Silver Assets on Southwestern Jewelry

Join the curator of New Mexico’s only active Army museum for a look at the White Sands Missile Range Museum. For more than 30 years, the Museum has collected, preserved, and exhibited artifacts and other materials relating to the history of WSMR and the Tularosa Basin. The Museum also explores the history of the surrounding lands’ native peoples and cultures, its flora and fauna, and natural geology and landscapes. Darren Court, who has led the Museum since 2008, will be explaining how the Museum operates at the Friends of the Farm and Ranch Museum’s February Culture Series, “More than Just Missiles,” on Thursday, February 12, at 7 p.m. in the Museum Auditorium.
